The 29th Annual Bloomington Mite Jamboree - Registration is now closed.

Tournament Date: March 1 – 4, 2012 at the Bloomington Ice Gardens

Advanced – 16 Teams with 3 Game Play - $495

Intermediate – 18 Teams with 2 Game Play - $395

Beginner – 18 Teams with 2 Game Play - $285

Rookies – Limited Slots Available with 2 Cross-Ice Game Play - Free

8U Intermediates – 4 Teams with 2 Game Play - $395

6U Rookies – Limited Slots Available with 2 Cross-Ice Game Play - Free

 *Please note that at least one of your team's games may be scheduled on either Thursday or Friday night with a starting time of anywhere between approximately 4:15 p.m. and 8:45 p.m.

Individual participation trophies will be awarded to each team after their final game as well as personalized bag tags.

Checks should be made payable to “Bloomington Mite Hockey Jamboree”. Please mail your check along with the attached signed Liability Waiver and Roster/T-Shirt Forms to:

T-shirts: Bloomington Mite Jamboree t-shirts are being sold on a pre-order/pre-pay basis this year. The shirts will have the Jamboree logo printed on the front. The back of the shirt will contain a list of all the team names for each division. The t-shirts cost $12 each. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR TEAM MEMBERS AND PARENTS KNOW THAT IF THEY WANT A JAMBOREE T-SHIRT THEY NEED TO ORDER AND PAY FOR IT BY JANUARY 6, 2012.  Please complete the attached order form and mail in with your check, payable to “Bloomington Mite Hockey Jamboree”.
